This homeowner was tired of the speed bump that was going into her garage, and she wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. She saw our TV commercial and gave us a call to fix her cracked driveway.

We sent System Design Specialist Brent See to inspect the driveway and suggest a comprehensive solution to fix her problem for the long haul. Brent saw the the driveway had settled roughly 3 inches, which was causing the speed bump feeling into her garage. Brent suggested that the homeowner utilize our 3-part Concrete Protection System to fix her concrete problems and she was thrilled. This firm partner was concerned because of the tripping hazard for customers in the parking lot of the firm. After talking to his partners about the service he had seen us do around Salina, they agreed to give us a call for a concrete repair.

We sent System Design Specialist Brent See to inspect the parking lot of this accounting firm to see what had happened to the concrete. Brent found that the concrete slab had settled 4" in the center along with some cracking that happened in the center of the concrete. After discussing what happened with the firm partners, Brent sent our team out to fix this for the firm's customers. Our team used PolyLevel Foam to lift and level the concrete, then they used NexusPro sealant to seal the cracks and joints in the concrete.

This homeowner noticed her driveway was settling over the years, causing trip hazards and weeds to grow. She knew she needed a quality fix, so she called Thrasher. Brent saw this older driveway and how it was settling and determined that over the years the soil under was shifting, causing voids and letting the concrete to sink and crack. This customer in Salina, KS wanted to get his concrete repaired and protected to make his driveway look cleaner. After having a large truck drive on the driveway causing damage, he noticed sinking and many large cracks forming in spots on the concrete. Our crew inspected the driveway and decided the best way to help this customer was to use our NexusPro sealant on the driveway. Sealing and protecting the cracks and joints was important to not allow the cracks to spread into the garage or further down the driveway. NexusPro seals and protects the concrete for up to 20 years and gave this customer exactly what he was looking for.

Our System Design Specialist Tobias Conrady arrived at the home in Galva and completed a full inspection of the problematic area. It was determined that our 2-part concrete protection system would be the best solution for this sunken step. The 2-part process consists of our Polylevel leveling foam and NexusPro sealer.

The PolyLevel is installed first by injecting it underneath the step to lift and stabilize it permanently. NexusPro is then used to seal all cracks and control joints to guarantee water doesn't breach the surface in the future.
