This customer in Salina, KS wanted to get his concrete repaired and protected to make his driveway look cleaner. After having a large truck drive on the driveway causing damage, he noticed sinking and many large cracks forming in spots on the concrete. Our crew inspected the driveway and decided the best way to help this customer was to use our NexusPro sealant on the driveway. Sealing and protecting the cracks and joints was important to not allow the cracks to spread into the garage or further down the driveway. NexusPro seals and protects the concrete for up to 20 years and gave this customer exactly what he was looking for.
Paul O. is a new homeowner in Galva, KS, but the front doorstep to the home was fractured and vulnerable to settling. He had seen our work completed in their town before and didn't hesitate to give us a call to provide the best solution for his new home.
Our System Design Specialist Tobias Conrady arrived at the home in Galva and completed a full inspection of the problematic area. It was determined that our 2-part concrete protection system would be the best solution for this sunken step. The 2-part process consists of our Polylevel leveling foam and NexusPro sealer.
The PolyLevel is installed first by injecting it underneath the step to lift and stabilize it permanently. NexusPro is then used to seal all cracks and control joints to guarantee water doesn't breach the surface in the future. Paul was extremely pleased with the results and his Thrasher experience throughout the project.
Homeowner David M. wanted to put up a basketball goal in his driveway but noticed that the concrete began to sink nearby. David chose Thrasher because we were the only bid that made him feel comfortable and confident in our solution.
System Design Specialist AJ went to the home to provide a same-day, free estimate. We identified that an improperly functioning downspout was draining towards the slab, causing it to sink. We were able to lift and level the slab with PolyLevel foam and seal the joints with Nexus Pro to prevent future moisture from entering the soil below.
Lisa G. noticed that the concrete was starting to settle and not looking the best. She was concerned with the area becoming a trip hazard. After seeing a Thrasher TV commercial, she decided to give us a call.
System Design Specialist Ben Linnebur was able to come up with a solution to fixing the concrete. He identified that the concrete sidewalk leading down to the backyard had cracked and settled about 2.5 inches creating a large void. We used PolyLevel to lift and level the gap. Then applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the joints. Lisa was very pleased with the concrete and how knowledgeable the crew was.
This homeowner was concerned about the cracks on his concrete right next to his home's foundation. He saw us doing work for a neighbor, and so he decided to give us a call to see what we could do to help his concrete problem.
We sent System Design Specialist Travis Hickman to inspect the concrete and see what was causing the cracks. Travis found that the concrete had settled roughly 2 inches and the cracks were caused by this. The soil underneath the concrete had eroded, leaving a void for the concrete to settle into below the surface. Being familiar with concrete repair, Travis discussed that this could be fixed and the homeowner was very happy. Travis and his team used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the settled concrete back to its original position.
