This homeowner wanted to fix his concrete before it started to crack further. After seeing the work we did on his neighbor's concrete, he decided that we would be the best for the job.
We sent System Design Specialist Travis Hickman to inspect the concrete and come up with a solution to fix the cracks. Travis determined that there were voids underneath the concrete from soil washing away, so the concrete had settled. Our team solved this concrete sinking problem by using PolyLevel foam to lift the concrete back to its original position, and sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair.
The homeowner was very happy with the job. Check out his concrete lift!
This homeowner was concerned because she started taking care of her elderly mother and her driveway had settled, causing a tripping hazard. She knew that if this tripping hazard got any worse, her mother would likely get injured. After hearing of our free estimates, she gave us a call to see what we could do for her driveway.
We sent System Design Specialist Sheldon Sharp to inspect the driveway and determine what had caused her driveway to settle. When Sheldon saw the concrete he knew that it was settled due to fill soil around that house settling over many years which caused voids to form underneath the sidewalk and driveway. Sheldon discussed with the homeowner solutions to fix her concrete and she loved how thorough his inspection was, so she decided to move forward with us for her project. Our installation team used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete driveway and sidewalk.
The homeowner was very happy with the work that was done and she was excited that her mother could safely walk on the driveway and sidewalk. Check out her newly lifted, leveled, and sealed driveway!
This homeowner needed to replace his AC units and he thought this would be a good time to repair the concrete underneath the AC units as well. After looking at the AC units' concrete pad, he thought the only solution would be to break out the concrete and repour a new pad for the new units. He wanted to get a second opinion before he decided on anything, so he gave us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist AJ LaVoie to inspect the concrete slab and determine if it could be fixed without pouring a new slab. AJ say that the soil underneath the AC pad concrete and the connecting sidewalk had eroded over the years, leaving an enormous void underneath it. While he was shocked by the size of this concrete void, AJ knew that he could stabilize it, so he discussed this option with the homeowner. The homeowner was skeptical at first, as this was a massive void under his concrete, but after hearing other options, he gained confidence that we had the right solutions for him. We sent an installation crew to use PolyLevel foam and NexusPro joint sealant to lift, level, and seal the AC pad concrete as well as the sidewalk.
The homeowner was amazed at the lift of his concrete. He was so impressed with how hard the crew worked and he is so excited about how his concrete looks now that he doesn't need to replace it. Check out the lift on this concrete pad and sidewalk!
The sidewalk next to this homeowner's property was unsightly and it frustrated the homeowner. The homeowner knew that the sidewalk was creating a gap between her foundation and the concrete, and that water could start running down the foundation wall. She didn't want this to happen, so she decided to give us a call because we wouldn't tear up her concrete and we would be a minimal inconvenience to her.
We had our System Design Specialist Chris Holmes head out to this home to inspect the concrete problem and determine what solutions would best fix the concrete permanently. Chris found that the dirt underneath the concrete had been washed away, causing the sidewalk to rotate away from the home, which left the gap between the foundation wall and the sidewalk. After discussing the least invasive solutions with the homeowner, Chris got to work on getting an installation appointment started for this homeowner to have her problem fixed. Our installation team used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to create a solid base for the concrete after it was rotated back towards its original position as well as seal the concrete so that it would not have movement problems again.
The homeowner loved how quick and easy it was for our installation team to solve. She was thrilled that there was no mess to clean up and that it only took one day to complete the project. Check out her newly lifted sidewalk!
This homeowner wanted to fix his tripping hazards and uneven concrete steps so that he didn't need to worry about his family getting hurt. He knew of our reputation of taking care of our customers as if they were family, so he decided that we would be the best company to help him.
We sent System Design Specialist Austin Ahlf to inspect the tripping hazard, determine what happened to cause this, as well as give a comprehensive plan to solve it. Austin found that the concrete step was between a brick boarder, and the weight of this caused the soil underneath to settle, then the concrete followed shortly after. He knew that the homeowner wanted to have this problem solved quickly, so they discussed the solution plan and scheduled an appointment for installation of his concrete step. Our installation team utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete steps.
The homeowner was very happy to have the issue fixed right the first time. He was pleased with the results and he no longer has to deal with the tripping hazard. Check out the newly leveled step!
