The call center was friendly and was able to conveniently find a time for Ryan to give our project an estimation. The estimation was given to us at the time of inspection which was extremely convenient as we had already received some quotes so we were able to ask the "why this and why that" questions on the spot and speak face to face. TerraFirma was very good at following up with us and our project details. Ryan was always available by email and phone. Our project was not an emergency but we definitely wanted to complete it asap. Our house is built on clay and experience a lot of settlement each year. This summer especially. TerraFirma and Ryan Thomas came to my rescue. I was able to schedule an appointment around a busy schedule and I thank everyone for being on time for everything from start to finish. I was most impressed by the sea of knowledge Ryan had and the professionalism that he portrayed. He is a great asset to your team at TerraFirma.

The call center handled my call with courtesy, efficiency and an appointment was set to my convenience. Patrick was punctual to the appointment and was prepared for a thorough inspection. I felt like the products were the best option I found that would permanently solve my sinking porch foundation. Everyone did a great job, from the call center to installation and follow up. There was very little more TerraFirma could have done to make my experience better.

The Crew was very punctual, respectful and thorough! My complete experience was positive in every way. We first heard about TerraFirma at the home show in Roseburg. We were totally impressed with everything about your company and every person we had contact with! Casey was very pleasant and very knowledgeable when explained what needed to be done to fix our home. The crew arrived on time and within 3-4 minutes of their arrival they were working. And they busted their butt all day. I've never saw such a hard working team before! And they were all so courteous. If I ever hear of anyone in need of foundation repair, you can bet I will be mentioning TerraFirma.

My thoughts on the representation is that he was factual and correct. I didn't have to shop around for another company. The crew came in and went straight to work and finished before schedule....they worked with out a break!

I was so lucky to have Kyle L. as the foreman and Mason for crew!!! What a great team they are. Very hard workers all day long. I was exhausted at the end of the day just watching them while I was busy drinking coffee. It is such a pleasure to work with a professional and respectful crew. We shopped around for about 6 months before finding TerraFirma. We saw their commercial on TV and thought we would give them a call. Among all the bids we received, theirs was the most convincing and the best priced for the service. We thank Casey for that. Casey was exceptional. We had other options. TerraFirma was the best. Casey's plan was the most complete, I thought, and was going to give us the best results. Casey was very knowledgeable and listened well. Casey earned my trust and my business.

I have zero negative feedback for TerraFirma. I understand that TerraFirma is a newer (2004) to this industry than the normal company I work with in Omaha, but they use the same products, they have the same dealer, and they have the same core principles of quality, honesty and integrity with everything they do. The network of dealers in the nation does exceptional work and TerraFirma is no different. Ryan Thomas was the specific rep that I had the pleasure of working with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was performed at the same high class and professionalism that Ryan started the relationship off with. The inspection went great. The installation went great. It was every I expected. 

The job crew arrived early and they were all very polite, they did a great job with the clean up also. Good job, this was a tough problem to solve - done! I hope nobody "needs" this type of service, but if I hear of anyone, I will recommend TerraFirma!
