The install was very smooth I remember it was snowing, we started this process in March. The guys took a great amount of care to make sure they didn't trash the house. They kept everything neat and clean jackhammering concrete is a little bit loud but it didn't take very long. From seeing the bright white basement you had no evidence workers were there. Hurricane Irene was perfect for us, we were able to spend most of our time helping out others because our basement was nice and clean and dry. The only time I got soggy was helping out friends who hadn't had basement work done yet.

I researched other companies but only Quality 1st offered me a five year warranty for PolyLEVEL. Even a local mayor recommended them on a YouTube video.

I have used them to lift a few slabs on my driveway. Had one minor issue in the first year and they came out no questions asked and made it right. I would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely call them again. I thought I would need $20000 of work based on estimates I got to replace my otherwise good concrete slabs. They came out and for way way way less $ solved my issue. I can’t recommend them enough!

Since the house is vacant and the chemicals, etc. they were using can be harsh, I left them to their own devices. He telephoned me around 1:40 p.m. to say they were finished, cleaning up, which was much sooner than their earlier estimated completion time of 6 p.m.When I returned, he provided explanations of the work provided as well as photos of their work and a tour of the exterior work completed. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to my friends, family, and enemies too. I was very pleased with the work. The foreman even came early to do my install which worked out very well for me since I had an appointment later that day. Since everything was finished I even had a neighbor come by to look over the work and he said everything looked great.

So it’s been almost 4 months now since my basement was completed.  I just have to tell you how happy I am!  It has rained SO much lately, and my dehumidifier rarely turns on – because the humidity rarely goes above 50%.  There is NO moisture anywhere in the basement.  NONE.  Prior to this project, my sump pump ran every single day of the year for at least 2 hours even if it hadn’t rained in weeks.  It’s honestly like having a whole new house.  I can’t say enough about the work that was done – I didn’t really understand all the explanations I was given about everything, but I do know that it worked!  Thank you – so very much for being an honest company that really does what you say you’re going to do!
