Sunk Concrete Repaired in Wichita, KS

Tessa and Seth chose to have Thrasher install our 2-part concrete protection system and utilize our slab jacking technique to return the step to its original state. The repairs began with our PolyLevel concrete lifting foam to permanently level and stabilize the sunken step. It's a lightweight and waterproof foam that protects against soil washout and future sinking. Our NexusPro sealer was then applied to all cracks and control joints to prevent any water infiltration near the home’s foundation. Because of the weight of the front step, we also had to utilize our slab jacking technique to guarantee a proper lift and achieve a perfectly level surface.
