Once the snow melted, Bill realized his steps had sunk about 2", making them uneven and unsafe. Luckily our PolyLEVEL injection system is the perfect solution to raise sinking concrete slabs such as steps. It was a one day job and the steps are as good as new!
This customer had a front porch slab that was sinking. The homeowner was looking for a solution that would permanently raise the slab and prevent it from settling again in the future.
The effective PolyLevel system was installed to raise the slab while dealing with the weak soils below that caused it sink in the first place. We drilled a few small holes into the concrete slab, deep enough to reach the soil below. We then injected specialized polymers underneath the concrete that expanded to immediately raise the slabs back to their proper levels. Once installed, the system only needed about 15 minutes to cure and the homeowner was left with the leveled porch he was looking for.
Pathways to the front door see a lot of foot traffic and it can be dangerous if the cement is unlevel. This sidewalk could be a tripping hazard, it's not very appealing and it can pool water especially in those cold winter months with all the snow.
We used PolyLevel to inject structural grade polymers beneath the cement which will lift it back up to its desired height. PolyLevel cures quickly and can be driven on about 15 minutes after the material cures. The material is also waterproof so there's no worries that it will wash out.
Keith has a sinking front porch that he is worried about. The porch has support beams for a roof over it and the angle that the concrete is settling could cause issues with the roof. We used an injectable foam called PolyLevel to lift the sinking part of the concrete back up. This will give the homeowner peace of mind that the porch and roof are stabilized.
Paul's front sidewalk had settled about three inches so he called our team for assistance. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
