This Lansing homeowner was having issues with the driveway slabs settling and causing trip hazards. They wanted the space to be safe and fix the problem before other foundation problems occurred. PolyLevel, an injectable waterproof foam, was used to raise the concrete that was sinking. NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant, sealed the concrete slab joints to keep things from getting underneath. Both dry in a short amount of time so it is not inconvenient to the homeowners!
Our customer called having recently sold his home and needing to fix one glaring issue - the back porch. The porch had sunk about 1 1/2 inches, which was evident in the gap it left between the siding and concrete. He needed the repair to be completed before they closed on the house at the end of April, and we luckily could oblige.
Using the PolyLevel injection system, we were able to raise the porch all the way back to its original position, eliminating the unsightly gap as well as the high step up into the house.
A customer from Kalamazoo told us about their garage, they said that their garage floor was cracking right at the car entrance and caused a bumpy ride when entering the garage. We came over to their house and saw the issue first hand and we decided that they need PolyLevel. PolyLevel is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete to level it out and make it stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
Shawn had some large cracks in his driveway that he was looking to get repaired quickly so he called Ayers for help. After our crew headed out to his home to take a look, it was decided PolyLevel and NexusPro Crack Repair would do the trick. PolyLevel is a lightweight foam injection that will lift and level the concrete. NexusPro is a silicone sealant that actually seals and repairs the cracks. These solutions are designed to withstand harsh weather as well.
Shawn was thrilled to have a quick and efficient fix for his cracked driveway!
Lisa and her mother have lived in their Kalamazoo, MI home for a while and have been monitoring the condition of the driveway for about 2 years. Recently, they noticed it has gotten much worse. Multiple slabs in the concrete driveway were sinking and water was flowing underneath. They want to live in the home forever, so they want to take care of it the best they can. Ayers was more than willing to be the one to take care of the problem. After our crew came out for an inspection, they determined that the driveway would need a combination of NexusPro and PolyLevel.
NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain intact for years. The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer.
Lisa and her mother were ecstatic with the work done by the Ayers crew. They are so happy they took care of the driveway now, before the winter freeze comes through and makes it worse. They were thrilled with how the driveway looked after the installation.
