Greg had knee surgery not too long ago and has trouble walking. His front porch has settled severely, making it not up to code anymore. Greg called Ayers so that he doesn’t have to face the unnecessary pain that comes with walking in and out of the house. We came out for an inspection. While Greg and his friendly chocolate lab were showing us around, we noticed how bad the settlement of the concrete was. We determined that Greg would need PolyLevel as well as NexusPro.
The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain intact for years.
Greg was ecstatic that he can now walk in and out of his house with ease. There was no reason for him to be in pain everyday when Ayers can help in any way they can.
Kevin was searching for a company that would take care of his uneven concrete patio out back and he decided to go with Ayers. We sent a crew to come check it out and determine where to go from there. Our System Design Specialists then recommended we install PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant. With PolyLevel, this lightweight foam injection will raise the concrete slabs to an even position. This is a trustworthy and quick fix that doesn't require a full remodel. The NexusPro Joint Sealant will fill the cracks much more efficiently then a store bought DIY fix. Now Kevin has a smooth, crack-free patio to enjoy with his family!
Never is uneven pavement more noticeable than in the summer. Bike rides, jogs, dog walking - all of it can be ruined by a sunken concrete slab causing you to trip.
Luckily, PolyLEVEL is a quick and effective solution. As shown above, it virtually eliminates the gap between slabs, allowing you to safely navigate the great outdoors.
These homeowners contacted us because they had a slab in their garage with a 3x3 section that was cracked and unleveled. The sidewalk at the entryway of the home was also settled. They started to notice the issue years ago, but were finally ready to fix it once and for all. We used the PolyLevel system that utilized high-density and lightweight polymers that were injected into the concrete slabs. The polymers expanded to fill in the gaps between the soil and the concrete and essentially lifted the slabs back to their proper level. To seal off the cracks in the garage, we used the NexusPro joint sealant that caulked the cracks and prevented them from shifting any further.
Scott was looking to repair the sidewalk at his business as it had become a tripping hazard. After an Ayers specialist inspected the sidewalk, the team determined that the cement had settled. Scott replaced the concrete to remove the tripping hazard and make the sidewalk look better. Scott was thrilled with how the crew at Ayers conducted the job and how the sidewalk turned out!
