This condo complex had some porches that had settled so they wanted them lifted as well as the cracks fixed. We used PolyLevel to lift the porches back to the original position and then NexusPro Crack Repair to fix the cracks in the porch. PolyLevel is an inject-able foam that is waterproof and stable. It cures in about 15 minutes so that it won't disturb the homeowners. NexusPro is a silicone-based and designed to withstand harsh weather, it is UV resistant and won’t crack, bubble, or dry out. It prevent water and debris from degrading the slab from below and dries in about an hour.
This Kalamazoo couple had an earthquake that caused a crack in their front porch a couple years ago. The concrete has started to sink about an inch where the crack is and they called us to see what the options were. We used PolyLevel to raise the concrete to the original level and NexusPro to seal the crack on the concrete. Both dry in a short amount of time compared to other solutions!
The landing between the house and garage was sinking, creating an unsafe trip hazard for the homeowner. A quick afternoon trip to Kalamazoo by our PolyLEVEL team was all that was needed to raise the concrete slab and make it safe to walk over once again.
James and Joann's home was built in 1999, and within the last few years they've had problems with the concrete in front of their home. Sections of the porch continue to sink despite other companies coming out to fix it. The couple knew Ayers would be up to the challenge, so they called for an inspection. Our crew determined PolyLevel and NexusPro joint sealant would achieve the permanent fix they've been looking for.
The PolyLevel System is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises he slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain flexible for yeas, which is important when it comes to Michigan.
James and Joann were overjoyed that they could finally get this problem taken care of permanently. The couple won't have to deal with the frustration of the porch continuing to sink any longer.
The sinking stairs made the front of this home unattractive and created a tripping hazard for those walking up. This problem was resolved in less than two hours thanks to PolyLEVEL. With a special mixture of polymers, the concrete step was raised with minimal mess and was able to be walked on in 15 minutes!
