Alice was having water issues within her basement and didn't understand where it was coming from. She decided to contact Ayers and set up a home inspection. The Specialist that conducted the review determined the cement slab by the house was settling, causing various issues. The team suggested using PolyLevel to raise and level the cement.

PolyLevel is a process where foam is injected below the cement through small holes in the concrete. The foam is waterproof and expands under high temperatures, allowing the installation specialist to level and stabilize the concrete! Chuck and Eva had some sinking concrete between the back porch and the pool. It was a hazard to have the uneven concrete so they called us for a solution. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
