Josh did a thorough inspection, was friendly and knowledgeable. He fully understood my situation and made a bid based on my needs. We really appreciated the courtesy on our scheduling phone call, the check ins by Josh before he came out to our home and his punctuality on the day of inspection. We felt very comfortable with the plan that Josh had designed and were confident that this was the solution that would improve our basement and make it a livable space. Very happy with the results. 

Living in the northwest means you are going to get rain. In theory it is supposed to stay on the outside of your house. We have developed a nice little lake in our basement. Whenever it rains the basement floods a little, so we have to keep all our storage off the ground. We don't have to worry about that anymore. TerraFirma took care of my flooded basement with some drainage devises and most importantly a sump pump. Ryan was sincere and knowledgeable. We had a very enjoyable experience working with him and we thought he did an amazing job with developing our project. Ryan was with us from the start to the finish. He answered questions, made sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening, and even followed up post completion. GREAT work from everyone at TerraFirma.

Deryl did a fantastic job inspecting and presenting me with a great drainage solution for under my home. The area that needed improved drainage is difficult to access. Deryl was able to help us with that too. We really appreciate that we were given a proposal at the time of inspection. The call center and the System Design Specialist, Adam, were excellent. The concrete leveling product was a lot more effective and much cheaper than I thought especially in comparison to the alternative of having things ripped up and replaced. Given a proposal at the time of inspection made it easy for me to make a decision. I signed on the day of inspection. Everyone did a great job and good luck. 

TerraFirma was able to schedule everything to my convenience. from the appointment to installation, we were never pressed for time and felt like we were going out of our way to be available. They made sure to be available for us. They are Portland's household name for foundations. We turned our rather large sized basement into a bonus room for guests, the kids, etc. It is what I would consider a daylight basement and we are so excited that we now get to take advantage of this large space. It nearly doubled our square footage. 

This is one of our rental properties that we needed to have treated. Eventually we would like to have it completely finished so we can rent it for more and make it livable for more people, but for now we have decided to take care of the waterproofing part. We had a drain system installed around the perimeter of the basement slab. This track collected water, directed to a sump pump and removed. Perfect! Jason put together a very simple design. Since we wanted to get the project completed as soon as possible, we asked our final questions and signed on the day of inspection. Anyone who knows they have a problem that needs to be fixed there really is no other company in town that will give you better service and products in town. Thanks for the quick turn around guys.

Finally a basement area that we can use and enjoy rather than just for storage reasons. Ryan and TerraFirma had everything we were looking for in a total basement finish. Ryan had a very complete and comprehensive description of what I needed to get done to transform my basement into what I had envisioned. There were many different options we could choose from regarding walls and floors. Also, they went the extra mile to order windows, which is a service you guys typically don't do. Overall a very complete and professional analysis of the problem and comprehensive recommendation for the solution at a reasonable cost. The service that we got from the call center was excellent, Deryl was nothing short of that and nor was the installation crew. We never felt like we were left in the dark about the next steps in the process. TerraFirma was very on top of things and we really appreciated being in the loop. Many times in the past the project would start and finish before we had any chance to ask questions.
