The plan that Ryan provided had all the components to waterproof my basement and we felt it was going to be a long term solution. Great job with the design Ryan! We have been shopping around for a long time for the best possible option on waterproofing our basement. Every summer we talk about getting it waterproofed before the fall starts and we start to see flooding again as I'm sure most Portland basements do. He took his time to thoroughly examine the entire flood area and to explain things through a presentation on his computer as for the best possible solutions for the project. After all was said and done, I am happy with the price, I am happy with the product and I'm definitely happy with the new piece of mind.
