Garage Floor Lift and Level in Brighton, Ontario

A customer called Canadian Concrete Leveling looking for help to repair their garage flooring. They noticed the walls on the garage perimeter started to buckle due to significant cracks in the floor. Project Manager Joe McColl told them about our PolyLevel® injection that would be a great fit to fix their problem.

The customers decided to move forward with CCL to inject our PolyLevel®. The injection is applicated through small dime size holes, making it a non-invasive solution. The garage floor was brought back to its original state, eliminating the walls from buckling.

New Build Home Had Concrete Levelling Issues in The Basement, Port Sydney, ON

Our new client in Port Sydney, Ontario, had an uneven basement floor. The home is currently under construction, and the basement concrete flooring was poured in the Springtime. Unfortunately, the concrete did not settle properly, and when Summertime rolled around, it caused the outer edges to sink, leaving the middle higher like a hill. The builder needed to find a solution quickly that won't break the budget for the home.

In little to no time, the builder found our social media pages and knew we could fix the concrete effectively and affordably. After contacting us, we sent our experienced Project Manager, Paul Mendell, to the home. He walked the builder through what would be done, how long it would take, and what day works for them to bring the installation team. Once the schematic was drafted, and the quote was made, we got the go-ahead to bring our Installation Specialist, Bill McKeown, to the job site and begin the work. With the schematic in place and the builder removing the middle hump, this levelling job was no challenge for Bill. Within less than an hour, everything was levelled to perfection. Our polyurethane injection method went into full effect, leaving the builder stunned with the result.

Pool Deck Sinking, Plainfield ON

What's the problem?

Plainfield, Ontario, is full of homes with larger properties casuging many homeowners have pools and many outdoor activities set up to fill their backyards. Unfortunately, this home's pool deck was sinking which caused tripping hazards and many of the areas on the pool deck were also cracking. They wanted to fix these issues before any water damage occurred to the concrete beneath and clean up the pool deck's look.

How did we solve it?

Next, our Project Manager Joe McColl came to the home and started our free inspection. Our experienced Installation Duo, Kyle McKeown and JP Basto. Kyle will inject any sinking concrete slabs with our high-density polyurethane under the concrete slabs that will fill voids and permanently lift the concrete to its original height. Once the levelling was complete, it was time for JP to seal the cracks with NexusPro® sealant. Our will last long than any other such as never cracking, drying out, and being chemical resistant. The process was quick, and the homeowners could use the pool deck later that evening.

Sinking Front Porch Threatens Homeowner's Safety in Burk's Falls, Ontario

There’s something about sitting on a front porch. Not all homes have them, but they’re a great place to hang out with family and friends: unless your porch is cracking and sloping.

A customer in Burk’s Falls, Ontario, had a front porch that was starting to crack and sink. There was a significant slope away from the home, making the owner unsteady when walking. She was growing concerned about the problem getting worse, so she reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling.

Project Manager Joe McColl met the customer at her home and inspected the porch. Fill soils had washed away below, leading to the sinking porch. Joe showed the homeowner our solution, and a date was set for the repair.

Foreman Kyle McKeown drilled several dime-sized holes throughout the front porch and injected our high-density polyurethane, PolyLevel®. PolyLevel® expands beneath the concrete and lifts the concrete simultaneously while also compressing soils below.

The customer can’t wait to use her porch again safely. She was thrilled with how fast the work was completed and appreciated Joe’s honesty and professionalism.
