A home in Whitby, Ontario had sinking concrete in their backyard. The patio around the pool had sunk a couple of inches, and the step above the slab was becoming a trip hazard. This sinking was also a concern because water was draining too close to the house. The customer was worried that water would intrude into the basement and further settling.
The customer took precautions and called Canadian Concrete Leveling, and Billy McKeown and the crew came in and used PolyLevel® Injections on the sinking patio by the house. The PolyLevel® Injection went deep beneath the concrete slab and filled in the voids that were allowing the concrete to sink. Now the customer has a leveled patio and no longer has to worry about water damage to the home.
