Our customer was worried that the sinking, settled concrete walkway would become a significant tripping hazard and someone might get seriously hurt. Our team at Canadian Concrete Leveling injected Polyurethane to compress the loose soils while lifting and stabilizing the sinking, settled concrete. Our customer can rest easy knowing the walkway will not sink or settle again.
This walkway became a trip hazard for our customer in Markham. Our team at Canadian Concrete Leveling injected Polyurethane under the concrete to lift and level the sinking slabs. The steps and walkway were level with each other again and are a safe entryway in and out of the house.
A home in Aurora, Ontario, had a cracked and sinking garage floor. Water was making its way through the cracks when it rained. Every time the customer drove the car into the garage, they worried that the floor would crumble. Over time, the void beneath the floor was getting larger. If the floor was not fixed, they believed it could damage their vehicles.
The customer called Canadian Concrete Leveling to fix the problem. Our Project Lead suggested our PolyLevel Injection system to fix the garage floor. Billy McKeown, Foreman, and the installation team used PolyLevel to lift and level the floor. Then they used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal all of the cracks and stop water from going under the concrete to the substrate. The customer was so relieved that the garage floor was level again and they could park their cars safely in the garage.
A garage is an important part of a house. Whether they’re used for storing vehicles, storing items, or even just an entertainment area, they’re a great asset for a homeowner to have.
A customer in Aurora, Ontario, noticed a large crack forming in their garage floor. They were concerned water was going to seep in the crack and down below, and the section that had cracked was also starting to sink.
Concerned for the well-being of their home, the customer contacted Canadian Concrete Leveling. Project Manager Joe McColl met with the customer at their home and inspected the garage and surrounding area.
Sometimes a phenomenon called “street creep” can send pressure from a municipal road up to a homeowner’s driveway, causing cracking and settling. The customer was thrilled to hear we have a solution and a date was set for the repair. Foreman Kyle McKeown used our PolyLevel® polyurethane system to lift the cracked concrete slab back to a level grade.
The customer is happy that his garage floor is repaired. He can continue to use the garage without worrying about further damage, and his investment is protected with a warranty.
