These steps had begun to sink and became unlevel. We used a Polylevel injection system to raise them to be level with the remaining slabs. We also used NexusPro joint sealant to seal the cracks.
We repaired this dangerous, uneven, and cracked concrete stoop with PolyLevel and NexusPro. PolyLevel is a high-strength polyurethane foam that lifts slabs back to level with minimal invasion. NexusPro will keep water from infiltrating beneath the slabs through the cracks and joints - preventing further erosion and sloping over time.
This home had a pool side and a sidewalk that was in need of a good repair. When concrete separates, water is able to seep into the cracks and erode the concrete and wash away soil from underneath it. This is why its important to get it repaired early on. We used PolyLevel foam to raise certain parts of the broken concrete, then we used NexusPro sealant to seal the reduced gaps.
This home had an uneven sidewalk, driveway, and front porch steps. The concrete slabs for all these entities had sunken into the soil unevenly, even causing some cracking in the sidewalk. We injected PolyLevel foam under the slabs in specific areas to make the slabs even as possible, even fixing some of the cracked parts. The injections required us to drill pea sized holes in the slabs, which we covered with a matched color foam after the injections, practically concealing all evidence that we were even there.
This driveway had sunk into the soil, causing the owners of the home a lot of trouble when pulling in and out of their driveway. We fixed it by using calculated amounts of PolyLevel foam. The foam was injected into the concrete slabs. We only have to drill pea size holes in the slabs to be able to inject the foam. We then cover the holes with a sealant, destroying any traces of the injections.
