This home owner liked our concrete crack repair so much in February 2023 that they wanted more of the same work done in late December, 2023. We used polylevel foam to raise certain parts of the stairs and sidewalk, bringing the concrete back to a level surface.
This home had a walkway that was sinking into the ground. We pumped under the concrete with PolyLevel foam in order to raise the concrete back to health. You can notice how the concrete lifted about 3-4 inches.
A homeowner in Franklin, Ohio had concerns about a sunken slab on their patio because the patio was sloping towards the home, directing water towards their home. However unfortunate, we were able to fix the grading very easily using our patented, PolyLevel foam injections. Using calculated formulas, our crew was able to lift the sunken side to the exact height at which the grade actually slopes away from the home, allowing rain water to flow away from the home.
Some patio slabs needed to be raised and sealed together for this homeowner. We injected the slabs with our PolyLevel foam using calculated formulas, and then we applied our NexusPro sealant.
We raised these sidewalk slabs by injecting them with PolyLevel foam. You can really notice how much it was slanted by looking at the connection to the door frame in both pictures. If your sidewalk looks slanted, give us a call to set up a free inspection!
