This home had a front porch and adjacent sidewalk slabs that were sinking because the soil under the slabs was shifting. We applied PolyLevel foam under the slabs to raise it for good, then we applied Nexus Pro sealant to connect the slabs back to the surrounding wall.
This concrete drive way had sunken into the soil, causing it to sink away from the garage. This was a nuisance for the homeowner because not only was it a major tripping hazard, it was making driving into the garage a hassle. We raised the concrete slabs back to a flush level by injecting poly level foam through pea-sized holes in the concrete.
