He's very professional.  His knowledge of the units is tops!  And your office team is wonderful! They are always pleasant and work very hard to be accommodating to the customer's needs.  Since you've worked on my basement I've used it for storage and have referred you to others.

"I would like to let someone know that in observing Zach and how he runs a project is a wonderful thing. He is consistently making comments about everyone being safe, and taking breaks if they need a breather.   Specifically, he told one of the guys to not worry about dropping a bucket of stones going down the stairs if he needed instead of falling down the stairs and hurting himself. I thought this was great instruction and agreed with him telling the worker that stone can always be shoveled or swept up.    As you know, everything they carry down and carry out is heavy and I am impressed by his concern for safety and employee health. Building our home was a stressful process- especially when we discovered leaky cracks in our basement!  Joy, Kevin, and Michael were all very patient and professional when working with myself and my builder. After lots of group effort, the crack was finally fixed and we could feel good about purchasing the  house!
