Good response from the initial call, thru the estimate and the install date.  Scheduled an appointment for estimate with in days.  Estimator spent over an hour measuring and assessing what was required to fix the un-level decking, then spent another hour going over what the job would involve and the cost..  Install day was about 3 weeks out. Unfortunately, the crew had equipment problems which were relayed to us the afternoon before the job. Crew showed up in late afternoon on the day of install but were unable to complete the job during the time we were home and prior to us going on vacation. Crew completed job while we were gone. Had great explanation of what was involved. Crew did a great job of doing the joints of the slabs and matching the deck color at the injection points.  Minor issues with the lawn and surrounding concrete that had to be dealt with due to improved sloping of deck. Crew followed our requests to remove brick pavers as needed and leave pavers uninstalled so that owners could level those to match new grading.  The advertising brochure showed a new process for lifting uneven pavement and even had that for pool decking which is what I needed.

He mentioned that you also replace basement windows for $400 per window. I believe that we will be contacting you in the near future about those as well.
