Marcy H. is a homeowner in Augusta, KS, and was ready to restore her patio concrete to make it a more usable space. To begin the concrete leveling project, System Design Specialist Jon Grover visited the home in Augusta, KS, and met with Marcie to discuss possible solutions. She opted to have Thrasher install our 2-part concrete protection system to lift, level, and protect her broken concrete. The protection system begins with our PolyLevel concrete lifting foam. It is injected beneath the concrete slabs to level the surface. NexusPro was then applied to seal the large cracks to prevent any water from seeping through in the future.

The front steps of this home in Hillsboro, Kansas had become a dangerous trip hazard for elderly visitors and delivery workers due to sinking concrete slabs. Thrasher Foundation Repair was called in to lift and level the concrete back to normal, returning peace of mind and curb appeal to this happy homeowner.

We sent System Design Specialist AJ Lavoie out to the home to provide a free inspection and explain how our solution would solve this issue. We used PolyLevel Foam and Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to lift and level the concrete back to its original position and to seal future moisture out from being able to wash out the soil underneath the concrete.

Carrie S. hated that her driveway had created a nasty bump due to settling concrete. She had to drive her car each time over the bump and was looking for a driveway repair solution that didn’t require replacing the whole driveway or have mismatching pieces of concrete. We were able to stabilize the concrete by using PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift the concrete back up flush to the garage. The customer opted to have the team install our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions. PolyLevel is a lightweight and strong high-density foam that lifts and levels the concrete permanently. It’s an effective solution because it not only lifts the concrete, but also compacts the soil underneath to ensure the concrete remains stable. Then, the NexusPro is applied to seal all the cracks and joints. It’s a durable solution that prevents moisture from entering long into the future.
