Marilyn is tired of sweeping water in her basement. She doesn't want to worry anymore about water coming in and cracks in her walls getting worse. 

Sheldon Sharp visited Marilyn's home to find out what was going on. He found that water was getting to the cold joints in the concrete and entering the basement during the inspection. We installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, but we also used PolyLevel for her back patio to lift the concrete and direct water away from her house and foundation.

Marilyn was happy with the result and loves having peace of mind now!

The customer had multiple areas settling as well as street creep starting to damage the foundation of the home. We lifted and leveled the concrete as well as put in a proper expansion joint.

The customer is very happy about the end result. He said that as they were starting and during the process, he was skeptical and wondering if they made the wrong decision. Once the project was done, he was impressed with the end result!

This homeowner wanted to fix his concrete because it was a tripping hazard he wanted to protect his grandson from. He had heard of our reputation for great concrete repairs, so he gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Jesse White to inspect the driveway and discover what was causing this tripping hazard. Jesse found that the concrete was settling due to unstable soil underneath it, and this was allowing for cracks to form. After discussing options to solve this with the homeowner, we sent a team out to repair the homeowner's driveway right away. Our team utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete so that the tripping hazard was gone.

Brock wanted the concrete raised around his home. He knew that the uneven slabs were tripping hazards, and didn't like the curb appeal of his concrete. The concrete was settling in different directions, which was caused by soil settlement over time. The joints of the concrete were also not sealed, allowing rain and moisture to penetrate beneath the concrete causing further settling and cracking. After the initial inspection, and proposal, Brock noticed more settling around the backside of his home. He was able to call our System Design Specialist, Brock, to talk about another solution to the new settlement in the back. 

For this project, PolyLevel foam was used. PolyLevel foam works better than mudjacking, as the foam compacts the soil beneath, while lifting the existing concrete slabs. NexusPro was then used to seal the joints, to prevent rain and moisture from getting under the concrete. All of our concrete projects are backed with a 5-year warranty. Brock can now rest easy that his concrete won't cause tripping hazards any longer. 

Ann C. is a rental homeowner in Towanda, KS and was concerned with the concrete surrounding the home becoming a safety issue for her tenants. Specifically, two slabs next to the stoop of the house that had settled forming a funnel for water to flow underneath. In addition to the safety concern, Ann was worried about the water seeping underneath the stoop and damaging the foundation. Ann has relied on Thrasher’s solutions in the past, and she didn’t hesitate to call for us to repair her concrete needs.  

The project began with our System Design Specialist, Sheldon Sharp, arriving at the Towanda, KS home to inspect the sunken concrete. Sheldon discovered that water was entering the concrete through the cracks and washing out the soil creating severe settlement. To repair this, Ann chose to have Thrasher install our 2-Part Concrete Protection System. The team began by injecting our PolyLevel concrete lifting foam underneath the concrete to level and stabilize it. To prevent future water damage, NexusPro sealer was then applied to all cracks and control joints. The combination of these two products permanently restores the concrete and guarantees it will stand the test of time.
