Lawrence was passionate about the upkeep of his property. He started to notice some cracking in his driveway, which began to cause some concern that something worse could start to happen. Lawrence chose Thrasher because of the protection system we have to preserve his driveway and ensure there are no further problems. After inspecting the project, there was a void under the concrete which caused the slabs to strain and begin to crack. The joints were unsealed, allowing water to get under the concrete, causing weakened soil. 

For this project, we used the three-part concrete protection system. PolyLevel was used underneath the concrete to stabilize the area completely. NexusPro was used to seal all the joints and cracks to prevent water from getting under the concrete. The final part is SealantPro, which was used to seal the surface of the concrete and prevent future stains, pitting, or flaking. This system has a 5-year warranty, which Lawrence loved to hear. He can now rest assured that his driveway will not cause any more problems! 

This homeowner likes to have people over often, and they typically hang out on the back patio, which is over 100 years old. Over time, part of the patio has started to drop so it's become a tripping hazard. To keep himself and his guests safe, this customer decided to get his patio repaired. Our team used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete slab, as well as NexusPro to seal the joints and keep water out. 

Meghan is a new homeowner in Omaha, NE, and noticed the driveway settled and sloped toward the garage and caused water to flow towards her foundation Her parents had used Thrasher for work on their home and after hearing about their great experience with us, she felt confident that we could provide her with the same great experience.

System Design Specialist Mike Lutmer went out to Meghan’s home for a free inspection and explained how our concrete solution would help her driveway and prevent water from pooling. First, we used PolyLevel and lifted the concrete as much as 5 inches in some spots. Then we used NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks and joints so no more movement would occur.

Bonita is a longtime homeowner in Omaha, NE, and over the last couple of years, she has noticed that stairs leading up to her front porch and door were continually settling and leaning. We sent System Design Specialist Britton Wood out to her home and noticed that the concrete had started to settle. The crew started by using PolyLevel to raise the stair back up to level and we used  NexusPro Joint Sealant to caulk all of the joints and gaps. To solve these issues, we injected our PolyLevel expanding foam to lift and level the concrete slabs. We then used NexusPro to seal all the cracks and joints.
