The Appointment Center Representative called ahead to discuss the project and let me know what would occur during the appointment.  Then I had to reschedule due to a funeral and they were very accommodating to do so.  The System Design Specialist was very knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable with his plan to complete the work. My experience with the Installation Crew was fabulous!  They communicated with me the day before to coordinate time of arrival.  Head guy was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns prior to starting the work.  They completed the work in a timely manner and answered all of my questions afterwards.  Very easy and fabulous process.  I am SO happy with how my front porch now looks with my concrete pad raised to the proper height.  Everything was cleaned up and looked so nice after the work was completed! Redeemers Group was the only company who said they could do the work and raise my concrete front porch pad!  And they did a great job!!  

I am very pleased with Dalton and Randy coming to do the inside of my house and the outside of your foam in my flooring. They were very nice and they were so careful with how they did it! Thank you.

Installation of drain was not done properly, but Service Tech Nolan Manson made repairs and the problem was corrected. I was informed the initial installer is no longer with the Redeemers Group so the problem I had should not be repeated. Nolan Manson was very professional and explained my problem was caused by a one foot section that was not finished properly. Thank you Nolan for making the repair to complete my installation and solve my water problem.

I was satisfied with the appointment center representative.  I was satisfied with the installation of the needed product.  I was satisfied with cleanup.  I am very likely to recommend to others.

I had mold in my bathroom and on the walls behind the beds.  I tried adding a high volumn venitilation fan in the bath with no results.  A friend did a lot of research on the most effective way to control mold and found this company.  I knew that this friend was the type to do a complete consumer study before spending money on anything this expensive and involved, so I simply trusted his advice and I was right.  There is no mold problem whatsoever.  I also knew this would be the solution based on previous experience at my former home where we dug out the foundation shrubs, tarred the side of the house with a membrane, installed sump pumps, etc etc,  did it twice!  Still didnt solve the problem.  These guys have the answer.  It's a network and it works...simple but expensive.
