Marcus was a 10 out 0f 10! Dalton and J. R. were very informative, very descriptive and were able to answer my questions, even the same questions, very very wonderful! The project was wonderful! Especially after the rain now, the last coating, really makes the whole thing look great! It really stand up to rain and stuff, I'm very pleased with the outcome of it.

When it came to listening to our concerns and answering all of our questions, Renea did an excellent job. Hannah Green, the customer service representative, was very courteous and polite.   

Did a great job explaining everything to me and was very accommodating to do a zoom meeting since I was states away. So friendly! Did a great job on the repair. Made ridiculously kind offer to shovel dirt from the backyard to the front to cover the foam if I could tell him where to get it. The fact that he was willing to go so far out of his way to do an exceptional job just blew me away! He did a great job communicating before he got there and after the repair was done. He sent me photos to make sure I was happy.

Although some aspects can't be corrected, I would be happy to have Redeemers Group handle the parts that can.

I could not have asked for two nicer and more professional gentlemen to do this job than Tommy and Dalton.

I chose Redeemers Group over another company for their professionalism, price and relatively local.

 Everyone (Otha Jackson and Ray Boswell) was very good to work with -- from the guy writing up the deal to the men who did the work. He (Daniel Payne) did a great job of explaining how the process worked and why it would be good to do more than one area that needed lifting. I think they did a good job lifting the porch areas. The pool deck corner was harder and it would not level out well. But they filled the crack so it would not be a trip hazard. Our real estate agent mentioned the name and said it might be a good option for the sinking porch on a house we were selling. In a few months we will call you about a possible foundation repair for our own house. We just need to work through some other expenses right now.

Leon and Robert were great.  They was very thorough, explained the deal good, made an install date and it was right on time. Dalton and J.R. did the install and they were real good, real thorough, showed me what they were doing and I'm real satisfied!

Other companies told be they could not do this job. Thank you Redeemers Group for not only doing the job, but doing an AMAZING job.

Excellent job done by Otha and his helper. Love, love, love that we found (or you found us at the St. Jude Marathon). This was a huge answered prayer! Everything about the whole process was very thorough and professional, including and especially Otha Jackson and his helper! I was grateful that you were willing to travel to Batesville, MS to do this job.... not many contractors do.

Renea Hoenback was knowledgeable and offered solutions we had not considered. Otha and Troy were very helpful and patient in answering questions. They completed the work in a timely manner. I am very satisfied, If we ever need foundation/basement work in the future, we will use Redeemer Group!
