A few years ago James C. of Anderson, SC had a pool installed at his home for his children to enjoy. Since the installation James and his family have fully taken advantage of their backyard get away. Before James could notice, however, one of his children tripped over one of the concrete slabs that started to sink. This resulted in minor injuries but James wanted it fixed to ensure no one would get seriously hurt. He put in a search on the internet to see what solutions were available in his area. James found Cantey Foundation Specialists and saw on the website that they offered a free no obligation inspection. James called in and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Ryan Holloway. After Ryan's inspection, he sat down with James and explained to him that Cantey's PolyLevel process would be the perfect solution for him. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab as a liquid to fill all the voids underneath. The PolyLevel would harden into a solid within 15 minutes creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel underneath James' concrete slab. James and his family are now back to enjoying the pool with peace of mind.

Barbara F. has owned an office building in Belton, SC for almost 10 years now. She has had several businesses reside in the building and she loves helping them make the most of their renting space. Over the years she has done upgrades to the building but recently she noticed the parking lot needed attention. Two years ago, she noticed a place on the far end of the parking lot that was sinking. Unfortunately, this section only got worse over time and was causing issues for parking and water drainage. She made a search online for a company that could help her with her concrete issues. She found Cantey Foundation Specialists and saw that they provide free inspections and estimates. She set up an appointment and met System Design Specialist TJ Harden at the property. TJ did a thorough inspection of the area that was causing issues. He then sat down with Barbara to explain how Cantey's PolyLevel solution could fix this issue. The process would begin with the crew drilling small holes through the concrete. Then the PolyLevel solution would be injected underneath the concrete slab. This liquid solution would then expand, creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Within minutes this solution hardens to form a stable foundation underneath. Barbara not only believed this process could solve the issue in the parking lot but would cost less than replacement. Production Crew Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out for the scheduled installation and successfully injected the PolyLevel solution. Barbara and her tenants now have peace of mind that the parking lot will no longer flood and cause issues.
Tom and Debra H. have owned their Donalds, SC home for 15 years now. About 5 years ago, they decided to put in a pool for their grandchildren to enjoy. Since then, they have loved summers out by the pool with the grandchildren; swimming, laughing, and playing. A few months ago, before the weather got warmer, Tom and Debra noticed that the concrete around the pool was sinking. They worried about how this would create a problem when the weather got warmer. They definitely did not want any of their grandchildren getting hurt while having fun. They did a search online for concrete repair and found Cantey Foundation Specialsits. Debra called in and made an appointment with System Design Specialist Dallas Rabideaux. Dallas arrived for the appointment and did a thorough inspection of the pool deck. He then sat down with Tom and Debra and explained how Cantey's PolyLevel solution could lift and level their concrete. The PolyLevel solution would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. A liquid polyurethane would then be injected underneath the concrete. This liquid would expand and harden quickly to lift the concrete and permanently stabilize it. Tom and Debra knew this was the solution for them and scheduled an installation. Foreman Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member Nick Collins came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel solution. Tom and Debra are now ready for another great summer with their grandchildren by the pool thanks to Cantey's solution.
