Joan and Kevin M. of Seneca, SC just bought their first home. Being newlyweds they decided to choose a fixer-upper home that they could afford and slowly make renovations on. Joan wanted to be able to use the outdoor patio and possibly even make it enclosed like a screened porch. The patio, however, had begun to sink so before moving forward with any other plans they had to solve this issue. Kevin's father recommended Cantey Foundation Specialists because he had heard excellent talk about them in the community. Joan and Kevin called and made an appointment with System Design Specialist Katherine Dillon. Katherine did her inspection and told Joan and Kevin about Cantey's PolyLevel process. Small holes would be drilled through the concrete slab of the patio where the PolyLevel would be injected. The PolyLevel comes out as a liquid and fills all the void that is causing the concrete slab to sink. Within 15 minutes this liquid hardens and forges a stable foundation while lifting the slab. Production Team Leader Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member Nick Collins came out and effectively injected the patio with the PolyLevel process. Joan and Kevin are so impressed with the way their patio looks they want to move forward making it into a screened porch.
Randy B. of Westminster, SC built his own home nearly ten years ago. He knew he had packed the dirt well enough underneath the garage concrete slab; however, he started to notice that the slab began to shift and separate. Worried it was settling because of possible water wash out, he found Cantey Foundation Specialists at their booth at a local home and garden show. After asking a few questions, he signed up for the free estimate and inspection right there. Specialist Alex Lovette inspected the garage a few days later, and he explained that indeed the water was traveling down the hill and washing out the dirt underneath the garage, which cause it to sink and settle. Recommending our patented PolyLevel system, Randy agreed that the PolyLevel technology was simple, inexpensive, and the best part of all: fixed within a day. Now, Randy has the peace of mind that his home is back into great condition, and he can live without the worry of any settling concrete problems.
Cynthia & Matthew H. have a beautiful home in Pendleton, SC with a concrete slab foundation. Within only a few years of moving, they started to notice small cracks throughout the home's brick and sheet rock walls. After a few more years, they realized that the cracks were growing larger and larger. After meeting Specialist Jason Hardage at a neighborhood block party, he explained that there was a simple solution rather than tearing out and repouring the whole foundation: our patented PolyLevel system which is less invasive and costs only a fraction of the price!
Jim & Carrie E. bought a new construction home in Fountain Inn, SC, and in less than a year, the driveway had shifted and begun to sunk into the ground. After researching online, Jim & Carrie realized that repouring the concrete slab would not fix the issue and that they wanted a more permanent solution. They called Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free estimate, and shortly after Specialist Katherine Dillon inspected the driveway. Explaining that the PolyLevel foam would be pumped underneath through small ports the size of a penny, Jim & Carrie agreed to hire Cantey to lift and level the driveway through this new technology. Now, they do not have to worry about the driveway ever settling or moving again!
Tiffany G. of Williamston, SC had an ugly and massive crack in her garage floor. Because the slab was poured as one unit instead of separate pieces, the heavy slab began to settle over time. The pressure of the slab settling in different locations ultimately cracked the slab down the middle causing major concern. Tiffany researched online and learned about Cantey Foundation Specialists and their patented PolyLevel process. By injecting a polymer underneath the slab, it could lift and level the slab back into place. Now, Tiffany no longer has to worry about the hideous eye sore or tripping hazard in her garage!
