I did get an estimate with Jayco a competitor & I wasn't happy for a number of reasons. My Installer Jon ASHER today was also very professional & explained everything. I'm very happy from start to finish. I'm on my 5th Home since 1986 & I know how contractors can be. TJ, Cortland, and Korey from The Basement Doctor Cincinnati installed some Power Braces and a sump pump system in my home. They called ahead, were transparent with issues they ran into, and kept the workspace cleaner than they found it. I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the entire crew and with the work they completed. I fully endorse them, especially TJ and his crew, for any work you may need done and will absolutely be using them if needed in the future.

Everything went as planned and on time!  The workers were really good at their jobs and were very careful with their working around the house.  They picked up and cleaned everything up as they were working and after.  They were nice people.

Steve was straight to the point with the repair. We had the house fixed so we could sell it. The house sold on July 27th, 2011, thanks to The Basement Doctor!

We met Albert R. at the Kitchen and Bath Show in Sharonville, OH.  He was very knowledgeable about the issues with dampness and smell we were having in our finished and unfinished parts of our basement.  He came to our home and visualized exactly how his company could remedy our issues!  Shawn W. and his team were very pleasant, time efficient, and explained everything to my husband and I before leaving, after the installation of our new ultra sump pump and the Sani dry system!  They also arrived right on time!  The guys secured plastic everywhere they were to walk.  They left no mess behind at all! The new sump pump design is much more effective than the generic one installed 20 years ago when our home was built.  The Sani dry system is awesome too for drying the air down there! Great company with hard working people that honestly know their stuff!

Meeting Albert changed everything for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about your sump pump and sanidry products. He offered and came to our home the next day and promised to view our concerns first hand. He is very confindent in his products and achieving a beneficial difference to the quality and comfort of our home...and he was right on! The installation crew was awesome- very friendly, efficient and cleand up everything.
