This home had a shifting foundation that was resulting in cracks. The before picture shows our piers attached, but not yet lifted. The after shows the closed gap after we lifted the footers with our hydraulic device. Gone be sticky windows and doors!

We installed piers on this house to keep it from sinking. We were also able to raise it back. 

Greenfield is experiencing a class D3 drought right now, which is causing soil to shrink away from many foundations. When this happens foundation settlement becomes a very serious issue.
