This basement had an old sump pump that was causing the basement to flood every time it rained too hard. We repaired this problem by installing a system of our patented waterproofing products. First we replaced the old sump pump with our top of the line TripleSafe sump pump. We then connected the TripleSafe to our filtration system. We filter the water by installing WaterGuard drainage all under the concrete floor around the perimeter of the basement. We then cover the WaterGuard with a thin layer of concrete, covering it out of sight. This basement will no longer leak any water.
We installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system in this basement to rid moisture issues. We installed WaterGuard drains and a TripleSafe sump pump under this stair case. The discharge lines can't be seen, because they travel through the floor through the pump liner because of some obstacles in the way of the normal route through the top of the liner.
We installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system in Hyde Park, Cincinnati, Ohio. WaterGuard drains, a TripleSafe sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery backup, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and some crack cover walls will keep this basement dry.
We have installed a RockWell window well and an egress window in a home in Wyoming, Ohio. In the before picture, you can see the home previously had glass block windows. By installing the RockWell window well and the egress window, the homeowner now has an easy way to exit the basement in case of an emergency. The RockWell has steps on it, while also looking completely natural.
We solved this wet basement issue by installing our system of basement interior perimeter waterproofing. Shown is wet concrete covering WaterGuard drains, the TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and BrightWall panels.
