Very satisfied with the work Regional did. I think highly of the installation crew because they were able to explain what they were doing and closely monitored progress. The salesman did a good job explaining the procedure. Satisified with the cleanup. Regional was recommended to me by a structural engineer. The reason I chose regional over another company was the recommendation of the engineer and the similar cost to other firms. 

I learned about Regional when I say their truck at the Walmart.ronnie qwas my consultant and I was 100% please with him. The foreman was bernard and he aand his crew were great. I was not pleased with the scheduling of my job but  was 100% pleased with how they cleanup the area after the job. They were all very friendly and professional.

The job was very satisfactory. I was impressed that one installer (Steven) could accomplish so much. The office staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Regional had a better proposal and solution to the problem. You had an engineer check out the problem and the other company did not. I am very satisfied with the job that you did for us but i am less satisfied with the drainage system on the side of the house.  I was not present while the installation crew were working.  The office staff were very professional.  The cleanup was not satisfactory.  The dirt from the drainage system was piled up on the flower bed.

Everybody did a good job. We installed a sump pump and drain. There was no water at installation and still no water in sump pump?

I am almost 100% satisfied with the job that Regional did for me. The crew was all very professional and showed concern for the customer, and I had no problem with the office staff. The salesman and his presentation were both great. I heard about this company from the internet and I hired them because of the value of dollar amount quoted.

 I was very satisfied with the job that Regional Foundation Repair completed for my home, especially considering the extra depth of the Push Piers and the RAIN. The installion crew however was AWESOME!. They were just great , hard working for sure! I do have a few comments to mention  that the crew did seem rushed with the last few holes. Those last few holes were hastily covered and not leveled or smoothed out well. Also Jack hammers require high amp circuits and especilaly adaquate extension cords. Otherwise the salesman was excellent, both highly skilled and knowledgeable. Th ecleanup was good. Overall, my top reasons for hiring Regional Foundation Repair was their knowledge of actual foundation failure and the price of repair.     I had passed the office in Zebulon many times and heard Dave Ramsey speak about Regional Waterproofing,now I can refer someone when needed.
