Overall a job well done.  The installation went very well!  Results to be determined.  Appreciated the installation staff.  Robert and Daniel were very good. Proficient, efficient, and very nice.  The clean up was very good.  My experience with the salesman Yanal was good and the office staff was very good.  I heard about you from the Dave Ramsey radio show and the internet.  I went with your company because of the flexible sealing options.

Cleanup was satisfactory. Found Regional through an online search. Overall reason I hired Regional over another company was because of explanation of work and I had an easy to understand quote.

After 1 day, so far, very satisfied with the work performed. The installation crew was very professional, skilled, and courteous. Did not have much contact with the office staff. Thought salesman identified an issue that was better addressed by other company and didn't try to oversell. Heard about Regional through a website, Angie's list. Overall, the top reason I chose Regional Waterproofing over another company was because of quick response to assess problems and provide an estimate, able to perform the work reasonably soon thereafter. You are way overpriced! The installers were clearly skilled, but I don't see the materials and labor cost adding up to more than $1000.00. Even with reasonable overhead and profit maybe $2,000. I feel that $4,830.75 was at least twice what this job should have cost me.

The salesman and his presentation were well presented. The cleanup was satisfactory. Overall, the top reasons why I hired your company instead of another company was because of "trust". I didn't request another company to bid. I trusted the salesman and Regional's reputation. Regional's crew was great. Joe, Earl, Otis and JJ all did excellent work and are good guys. James did an excellent job by staying on top of the project. Thanks to Von as well. At this time I don't know of anyone who might be in need of your services. If we need any other work done, we will call Regional.

The foreman Bernard and crew did a very good job wth the installation. The Salesman Ted did a great thorough job going over everything and answered all my questions. I was ver satisfied with the clean up.   

Very satisfied I was with the work that Regional performed for me. The installation crew lead by Bernrd were very professional and even clean  up well. he office staff was friendly and my consultant, Ronnie was excellent. As far as I can tell, I am extremely satisfied with the job that your company did for us.  The installation crew were late, but other than that they were great.  My experience with the office staff was great, but I only spoke with them twice.  The salesman, John was very good, honest, and to the point.  Your company did an excellent job with the cleanup.  I heard about your company on Dave Ramsey.  I have gotten three other quotes from different companies, but the main reason why I hired your company is because I thought you had the better plan for the cost.
