Six and a half weeks after having the installation by Adirondack Basement Systems, we had a foot of snow and rain and our basement was dry!! Before this, we would have many parts of our basement wet. Very satisfied with the help and knowledge from the office staff and design specialist. They answered all the questions I had. Very Satisfied!

Your Service Technician Mike is great! Mike always explained everything, He also shows me how to work my Adirondack Basement Systems system. He has also answered questions about other materials that were not related for example ( humidifier, etc.). You guys are great, there is nothing that could be done differently. Your office staff is always so pleasant and helpful. In addition to the installation I have dry-locked the walls and floor. I would definitely recommend you guys!
