Concrete slabs settle when the soil underneath the slab is too wet, too dry or poorly compacted. It becomes weak and can no longer support the weight causing it to sink and settle. PolyLevel provides additional support underneath the slab. 

The installation is clean and quick. The foam is injected underneath the concrete slab through a small penny size hole. 

The front step of this home began to settle. The concrete slab in front of the lowest step had settled as well creating a small trip hazard. Our Concrete Lifting and Leveling Solution known as PolyLevel was injected beneath the sinking slab right by the steps to raise it back to level. 

Recently we were able to help this Bridgeton, NJ homeowner after they began observing indications of settlement surrounding their front sidewalk entryway area.

After meeting with our System Design Specialist John, we supplied the owner with a solution crafted to meet their personal repair needs. Our Foreman Ash and his crew began installing our PolyLevel Foam Injections beneath the sunken concrete slabs to restore them to their designated surface level. To complete this repair process, the crew also applied our specially formulated NexusPro Joint Sealant which will ensure the walkway is protected against potential erosion issues. 

This homeowner from Harrison, NJ noticed three sinking slabs were settling in different directions in his driveway. The front steps to his Mullica Hill, NJ home were sinking and settling. We sent Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy G. out to inspect the area and provide a solution. Upon inspection, he mesured roughly 3 to 4 inches of settlment. Our Polylevel solution was injected underneath the front steps to raise, level and support the concrete steps.
