This front porch in Franklin, NJ was experiencing major concrete settlement. The homeowners chose Quality 1st Basements to help them come up with a solution for their sinking concrete. System Design Specialist, Jeff P. suggested our PolyLevel solution, a process in which our team injects foam beneath the sunken slab and raises it back to its original position. The homeowners were pleased that they could use their front porch within 15 minutes after installation and had peace of mind knowing their front porch would be supported for years to come. 

PolyLevel Injection Foam was used to lift and stabilize this customer's front stoop after it was found to be sinking and settling as evidenced by the separation near the foundation. Concrete Specialist Jeff Pitek met with the customers to assess the issue and Sean Johnson and his crew worked to inject the PolyLevel and lift the stoop back up.

This homeowner in Somerset, New Jersey noticed their sidewalk was sinking and settling. This can happen from soil erosion underneath the slab. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and we sent our system design specialist to their home to provide an inspection. Our specialist suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete. We used our PolyLevel Injections which are done by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the concrete and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. PolyLevel has expanding properties that allow the concrete to be raised and level. When the job was complete, the homeowner was satisfied with the results! 

This homeowner was experiencing concrete settlement due to soil eroding beneath the concrete slabs. After our PolyLevel team injected polyurethane formula beneath the settling slabs, the deck was raised back to its original position. The PolyLevel process is quick and causes minimal disruption.
