The slab in front of the steps at this Rockaway, NJ home was sinking and settling. Jeff and the team worked together to raise the existing slab back to level with PolyLevel. This polyurethane is a lightweight and environmentally friendly foam that provides additional support to the soil.

Quality 1st Basement Systems Lifted and leveled uneven concrete in front of a Miltown homeowner sidewalk as it became a tripping hazard for the community. 

Our Concrete Lifting and Leveling crew injected polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel underneath these settling slabs to raise the concrete back to level and remove the trip hazard on the sidewalk. 

Sinking concrete is caused by weak soil beneath the slab. The soil is too wet, too dry or just poorly compacted and can no longer support the weight.  Our team uses our State-Of-The-Art polyurethane foam, PolyLevel to raise the slab and create an even sidewalk path. 

This apartment building in Pleasantville, NJ was facing severe cracks in their concrete. These cracks were letting in water, air, and other external elements that were destroying the concrete. Quality 1st Basements came in and assessed the issue and our System Design Specialist, Ryan Devine recommended Polylevel to lift and level any concrete settlement and NexusPro to all of the cracks to protect against future damage from the elements.
