Control Joints are Chipped and Cracked, Milford, NH
A hospital in Milford, New Hampshire has some control joints on their front walkway that are cracked and chipped. They called EFS for repair. An EFS crew repaired all of the control joints that were cracked or chipped. A combination of concrete and Sealant Pro was used to fix the walkway.

Our team designed and installed a solution utilizing our PolyLevel product, a polymer foam which is injected through tiny port holes to fill the voids beneath the concrete. as the voids are filled, the concrete lifts back up in a controlled manner, and allows our team to level out the concrete surface as much as possible. The homeowner was glad to not have to remove any concrete and pour new, as this would be a costly and messy process. Out team was able to complete the lift and stabilization of the concrete in a single day.
