I had Mike Hayes out to check two properties for me recently. All I have to say is he was fantastic! Everything about him was professional and very informative. He was able to draw up prints for the applications in each property and explained thoroughly what was involved in getting the problems fixed. He is an asset to Thrasher. I have been in the construction trade since 1972 and meeting Mike, brings back the approach, "to get it done right", it is so refreshing, when normally  the attitude is, "lets just get it done". I waited until today to write this letter to thank you and your company for installing one of your basement systems in my home. With the rainfall last night I no longer suffered any gushing water, drips or even a dribble. The sump pump is almost silent. I was relieved to go check the room where I had a problem to find it neat and dry.

It is with great pleasure that I write to commend you for your excellent product and even more professional people. The world would be a much better place if everything worked as well as Thrasher. I have had two separate crews at my house to install two separate Sump Pumps. (My house is old and eclectic with the previous owners attaching additions almost willy-nilly.) Both crews were excellent, efficient, and pleasant. They took great care to isolate the work areas from the rest of the basement and I can say with certainty that the work areas were cleaner after they left than before they came. Your representative, Kevin, was courteous and pleasant. He took great care to explain in detail what I needed; how long it was going to take; and what it would cost. He was respectful of my time and flexible in scheduling our appointments. After our initial meeting, your crew came out and fixed my problem, one area that I believed to have been fixed by a previous contractor turned out not to be. Kevin came right back out and outlined my options. I explained that this problem was holding up other work that was scheduled in the remodeling and he said that he would see what he could do. I received a call the next day to see if it was alright to have a crew there in the morning! I know that you are extremely busy this time of year and that the waiting time for your services can be long. I truly appreciate that you were able to accommodate my needs in an extremely timely manner. Everyone was professional, thorough, prompt and spent whatever time was required to answer questions. I was amazed at how clean the basement was after seeing all the dust and hearing all the noise. The steps taken to protect the non-work areas are really effective.

The staff at Thrasher is always very helpful and on top of everything! Joel is one of those rare individuals who knows his product and shares that knowledge, but at the same time is sensitive to his customer's needs, concerns and anxiety. Mel and his crew were very courteous. They understood the procedures and did the work in a very professional manner. In addition, I was very impressed with all the "covering up" of my belongings that was done; therefore, eliminating as much dust as possible.
