Our customer, Dennis, was getting older and knew that his steps posed a serious risk of injury to himself and his wife. We were able to lift and level his steps to make it safer for them using Polylevel foam. Polylevel foam is injected into a small hole in the concrete using the Polygun pictured in the before photo!
Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting a homeowner whose office and bedroom floors were sinking into the ground, causing great inconvenience and discomfort. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, we swiftly took action and applied our innovative Polylevel technique. By injecting the Polylevel foam beneath the sinking areas, we successfully stabilized both the office and bedroom floors, ensuring a level surface and restoring peace of mind. Now, our valued customer can enjoy their space without the unsettling feeling of visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa
This homeowner was facing a persistent issue with their home - a sinking floor that seemed to worsen each year. The floor had gotten to the point where the baseboard and floor were separated by 4 inches. This was causing issues within the home's foundation, allowing the walls to wobble a bit when tapped.
One of our System Design Specialists, Joe Miller, met with this homeowner and discussed how we could get this issue fixed. We would be using our PolyLevel foam to lift and level the floor back into place.
Our crew got out there, drilled dimed-sized holes into the concrete, and injected the foam into the floor to lift it up the whole 4 inches back to its original level. This homeowner now feels a sense of peace of mind knowing their home is stable and secure. Check out the before and after of this project!
This driveway's concrete was experiencing soil erosion and because of that, voids formed and the slab started to sink into them. To fix this issue, we lifted the concrete with our polyurethane foam, PolyLevel. PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab and fills every void, while simultaneously lifting and stabilizing the concrete.
The customer's current sump pump was letting water and mud come through from underneath the system. Thrasher was able to come in and install a full perimeter Waterguard system and full height cleanspace to keep water out of the basement from the cold joints. We also installed a new Triplesafe sump pump and buried all the downspouts for additional protection against water from entering the basement.
