This family was noticing that sections in their driveway were starting to sink and decided to get ahead of it to prevent worse damage from happening because it would cost more to wait to fix it in the long run. We used Polylevel foam to lift and level the driveway and we filled it using Nexus Pro to prevent water from getting under the concrete and causing this problem again.

Due to soil movement, concrete can settle and unfortunately, turn into a tripping hazard real quick. The biggest tripping hazard we see is where the concrete slab ends and the front door begins. But luckily it's fixable. For this project, the front patio was sinking a few inches and we were able to lift it back to its original position using PolyLevel. After looking at the driveway our crew found the concrete had started to settle due to drying out, causing the big lip on the garage slab. The team decided to use PolyLevel loam to fill the voids, and NexusPro joint sealant to seal the joints and protect the concrete slabs. PolyLevel foam fill voids from the drying out, giving the concrete more support and bringing the slab back level. The NexusPro then seals the joints protecting the concrete from weather conditions and giving the driveway a cleaner look while helping keep the slabs protected.
After the job was completed, this customer now no longer has a bump to drive over and can use their garage and driveway safely without worrying about further damages.

Upon inspection Sam was able to see that the patio was settling in two different ways, away from the home and down the middle, which caused a crack to appear. Ken was happy with the final look of the concrete and excited to be able to use the space again!
