This homeowner was tired of hitting the joints on the concrete while removing snow in the winter. He wanted his driveway to look nice and be easy to shovel for the coming winter, so he decided to give us a call regarding his concrete.

We sent System Design Specialist Luke Miller to inspect the concrete joints an determine where we could help to smooth the concrete. Luke noticed that a couple sections of the driveway had settled slightly, causing a lip that would catch a snow blower or shovel, and also cause a tripping hazard down the road. After discussing this issue with the homeowner, they went ahead and scheduled an installation appointment to get the homeowner's concrete fixed. One of our concrete installation teams came to this home and lifted the settled slabs using PolyLevel foam. The team was able to bring the concrete back to its original location and keep it stabilized. Next, our team sealed the cracks and joints of the concrete using NexusPro sealant to ensure that the driveway looked nice, and to also prevent water or any other material from getting caught in the concrete's joints and cracks.

Michelle recently worked with another company and replaced the concrete on her driveway and front entrance walkway. And to get it fixed, she called Thrasher Foundation Repair. We were able to get out on site, inspect her concrete, and then start leveling. We lifted the area and stabilized the rest of the walkway with PolyLevel. With Polylevel, our expanding foam, we lifted the slab back into place and ensured no more dirt will be washed away from under the slab. Nexuspro is our caulking and was installed between the cracks and joints to prevent any more water damage under the slab. We were able to get the slab all the way level and back to safe and daily use!

To begin the project, System Design Specialist Miles Bearden arrived in Waynesville, MO to undergo a full inspection of the surrounding concrete. The customer opted to have us install our 2-part concrete protection system that consists of our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealer. PolyLevel is installed first by injecting it underneath the concrete to fill the voids and level-out the surface. NexusPro is then applied to all cracks and control joints to permanently prevent any water from entering and causing further damage.

Robert was pleased with the outcome of the project and gave Thrasher a five-star review. He was thrilled to have his concrete looking flush and protected in order to stand the test of time.
