We sent System Design Specialist Todd King to inspect the basement and determine where the water was getting in as well as solve this water problem. Todd found that water was coming in through the cold joints and was causing pressure on the walls. He discussed the need for additional wall support with the homeowner, and the homeowner agreed that he needed to fix his basement problems soon.
One of our installation teams came to the house and started off by utilizing a full perimeter WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, a Lateral Line, and a partial height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep water contained and off the basement floors.
