Water would seep in after rain, then Ken would grab the towels and the floor fans to dry up the puddles every time. Him and his wife just had a baby, so dealing with a leaking basement was the last thing they wanted to do. Ken was finally ready to retire the floor fans, so Project Manager Josh McKeith developed a custom repair plan. 

Foreman Jon Davis and his crew got to work waterproofing the basement. They installed a WaterGuard Below Floor Drain around the perimeter of the basement (also known as a French Drain), and connected it to a TripleSafe Sump Pump. Crack Technician Domonique Price sealed and waterproofed the cracks in the foundation walls. 

Ken and his wife can now enjoy their time as new parents without having to worry about pesky water seeping into their dry basement!
