Keith, one of HomeSpec’s senior project managers, went to the home and conducted a thorough inspection both inside and outside of the home. He took measurements and notes before returning to the homeowner to discuss a repair plan. He recommended solutions for the foundation as well as the porch. Keith explained that the crew would fix the porch with PolyLevel® Injection Foam to raise the sunken concrete until the halves were even again. Then, the team would use NexusPro sealant over the crack to secure and protect it. The homeowner agreed to these ideas and worked with HomeSpec to have the crew move forward with the plan.
