The could be settling for various reasons including a change in the soil’s moisture content, soil washed out from under the slab, or poorly compacted soil. The most common solution is concrete replacement or mudjacking. Both these options can be costly and time consuming interrupting your family’s daily life. We used our PolyLevel System. PolyLevel is lightweight, waterproof, has a quick cure time, lifts between 2,000 and 4,000 lbs every square inch, and is environmentally friendly.

This homeowner had settled concrete near the corner of his garage. His front steps and the porch have also dropped. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete and help with his settlement issues. PolyLevel is a lightweight but strong foam. The foam is waterproof and stable so it won't wash away or react with the soil. The best part is that it cures in about 15 minutes.
