Steven realized the concrete slabs in his driveway were cracked and uneven. He didn't want anyone to hurt themselves on the obstacle, so he called Ayers for help. Our team stopped by his house to evaluate the space and recommend a solution. They suggested PolyLevel, a concrete lifting and leveling system where polymer foam is injected into voids underneath concrete slabs, expanding and raising the concrete. Steven is happy with his nice and level driveway!
We were originally contacted by Falcon for a service we did not provide but she was really keen on concrete leveling, which we did provide. She had a walkway that had some settling and wanted it lifted and leveled. PolyLevel is a lightweight foam that won't put pressure on the already unstable soil beneath the concrete. It is also waterproof and stable so it won't wash away or react with the soil. The whole process, including the curing time of the foam, is less than an hour so it is not inconvenient to the homeowner!
Have you ever driven up the driveway and up to the garage, but in order to get into the garage you have to get over "the bump"? Well at Ayers, we know how to get rid of "the bump" and you'll see the results. One customer in Mendon had to drive over "the bump" to get into the driveway... so she called us. We drove to her property and installed our advanced PolyLevel technology.
Poly Level is a polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete tiny holes that are smaller than dimes. One of the PolyLevel is injected, the concrete raises to its original position and becomes stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
A local Elkhart, IN homeowner, Chris W. had no idea who to turn to for help with his crumbling basement wall. He put up a plywood reinforcement to help stop the crumbling wall but even this didn’t seem to help, in fact the circumstance seemed to get worse.
Luckily, Chris saw our truck in his hometown and called us in search of professional guidance. We immediately sent an expert to his home and introduced the innovative solution of using Shotcrete to restructure his foundation wall at an affordable cost. Chris found our plan to be highly effective and decided to proceed on with executing it. The process of applying shotcrete is an advanced technology where concrete is applied as a spray, through a high-pressure hose and application nozzle. In the hands of our skilled team members, shotcrete was able to restructure Chris’s wall. Since our visit the days of having a crumbling wall are over. Our new friend can remain confident that his wall will be strong for countless years to come.
Phillip was in need of a fix for his cracking driveway so he called Ayers so he could get recommendations from professionals. After we conducted an inspection at his home our crew was able to conclude our PolyLevel and NexusPro Crack Repair solutions would do the trick. First PolyLevel is a polymer, lightweight, foam injection that will raise and level the driveway. We add NexusPro Crack Repair since this is a flexible, silicone sealant meant to fill the actual cracks in the concrete. Now Phillip has a much more attractive, smoother driveway again that will be free from tripping hazards!
