The Ayers team successfully repaired the cracked and uneven concrete sidewalk at a Church in Berrien Springs. They removed the damaged concrete sections, prepped the area, and poured new concrete, ensuring a smooth and safe surface for churchgoers. The fresh concrete was then leveled and finished to match the surrounding areas, providing a durable and aesthetically pleasing result.
Uneven concrete was making snow blowing a challenge and causing chips along the edges of this customer's driveway. Concerned about further damage from harsh weather, they turned to Ayers for a lasting solution. Using PolyLevel, we leveled the driveway slabs for a smooth surface, and NexusPro sealant was applied to protect the joints from future wear. The result? A driveway that’s easy to maintain, weather-protected, and looks like new! The customer couldn’t be happier with the transformation.
Have you ever been walking on an old sidewalk that has all sorts of unlevel slabs and cracks everywhere? Well, that's the same story for this homeowner's garage. It has huge unsafe cracks that he wants to fix. So we drove to his home to install our advanced PolyLevel technology.
PolyLevel is a polymer-based injection foam that we blast into the concrete through very small holes. This injection foam raises the concrete to be level again while also making it stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
Is your driveway cracked and starting to sink in spots? Don't worry this is common for many homeowners, and we have the perfect solution. You might as well get the problem fixed before someone trips, or you decide to sell your home and it decreases the resale value and lets be real, the problem can and will continue to get worse.
To fix sinking concrete we have a great PolyLevel system that can lift your concrete slab back to its original/desired height. PolyLevel is a lot less invasive than mudjacking or even pouring new concrete. Small holes are drilled in the concrete to inject the structural grade polymers, but don't worry the holes are virtually unnoticeable once complete. The material that we inject is also waterproof so there is no chance of it washing out beneath the slab. The best part though is that the cure time is only about 15 minutes, so you can go back to driving, parking, and working on your cement in almost no time.
Recently, the soil that was holding up the slabs of this Middleville, MI walkway had started to wash away. And without any soil below the concrete, the slabs began to sink bit by bit every time they were stepped on. Since there were only a few slabs that were visibly settled, the owner was thinking about just replacing them. After contacting us, we explained the benefits of concrete lifting instead. While the slabs would have been easy enough to replace, they weren’t the problem. The soil had washed away and would more than likely continue to, even with new slabs. A more permanent solution would involve treating the source of the problem: the missing soil and support.
For concrete lifting and leveling, we use the PolyLevel Injection System. PolyLevel is a waterproof and durable foam. Once injected below the ground, the foam fills in the voids left when the soil washed out and provides a new base for the slabs to rest on. The injections are controlled by our project managers and use only the necessary amount of PolyLevel foam to even out the path. A few minutes later and the walkway was all ready for use again.
