I would recommend this company. I have been telling others how impressed I have been with this company. Now with this all the recent rain it's a comfort knowing it's not going to basement.   I want to enter Richard and Brandon in the WOW Service award for their excellent work. I am very satisfied with the foundation work that done. Before they got started they informed me that I should move a plant because the poly would kill it. These guys came to my house on May 11 at 2:30 and left around 5:00 and they were still going to an another job site to get caught on customers demands after mine Plus working over time. They really need to win this WOW Service Award.   I had made an appointment with your company to have some sidewalk work done but cancelled because I had someone else do the work. But your company kept calling to reschedule and when mud jacking wasn't going to fix the problem your company came to my mind. Thank you

I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because a friend of mine told me you did work at his home and he was satisfied with everything. Dillon and David were great. Nothing but good things to say about him and his crew. Kept me informed from start to finish. Worked with me when I wanted to make changes from the original agreement. I would have them back again to do work.

They were always positive and encouraging. I was pleasantly surprised that they went through the process of pulling the building permit.  We chose your company because of the technique used to correct the bowing walls.  Also because they were professional in returning our calls.

I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems becasue I read several reviews from satisfied customers and have personally known Troy Hamilton (sales rep) since 5th grade. Dillon and his crew did tremendous work - very nice, professional, and courteous. Thankfully Dillon and David showed up on Thursday and finished the job in one day. Again, they did a tremendous job and we are very pleased with the final product. They also did an excellent job cleaning up and left hardly any trace of them being here. Troy Hamilton and Dan Garner did a very good job explaining the system, how it works, what was involved with the installation, warranty, pricing, etc.  

Its been a week since my system was installed in my crawl space and I already notice a positive difference in the air quality in my house. Great job.  Mike C. and his crew were great. They were knowledgable, hardworkers,and ready to answer any questions I had. Great job Mike!  

Dillon H. and Doug S. did an exceptional job finishing our basement with Ever last walls. Our 100 year old basement was extremely difficult to finish. All the walls were crooked and it took more material than originally projected. They had to reconfigure the measurements and it turned out to be one of their most challenging jobs to date. The job that was preformed was out of the ordinary and done to our very satisfaction. Dillon and Doug thought out of the box to complete our project. We would recommend Mid-American Basement Systems, Dillon, and Doug to anyone. 

We are overall VERY satisfied with the company and the work performed.  Cole did a great job explaining all that would be done with the job and didn't put any pressure on us to do the project. He went above and beyond when we ran into some unexpected problems. They were addressed and done right. We would recommend him to anyone!  Dillion H. and Doug S. were on time and very polite. They answered all our questions and preformed the project in a professional and experienced manor. This is not as easy job and they are hard workers! We can't say enough good things about them. The cleanup process was done to our satisfaction.   We chose your company because all the reviews were above the average compared to all the other companies we looked into using. We are glad that we made the decision to go with MidAmerica Basement Systems. If need any more work done in the future, they will be the company that we will call.

I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems on a referral from my daughter and son in law (Brooke and Sam Nelson/Berkes), along with the information provided by the salesman (Troy Hamilton). These guys are hard working, professionals, that were very considerate of the homeowners point of view. Kevin Smith and Chris Riley did a nice job, and utilized their time well. Again, very considerate of working in someone's home. Good information and great representation from our design specialist. The appointment setter was pleasant and informative. Good communication from start to finish. 

Mike Clemeentz was the foreman for the installation at my home. Very professional, courteous, and neat crew. We chose your company for two reasons:  1) You sent books, which included information about basements and your products/services. 2) The sump pump system is unique on the market.

I was very impressed with Mike Clementz. He and his crew were always professional and considerate. Mike had no problems talking to me about changes that needed to be made or about problems he encountered. I was amazed at how clean the crew left the basement. Our basement has never been that clean.

I was under a very strict timetable to have the job done by a certain date. MidAmerica went the extra distance and got the job done on time.
