Between Ken’s home and garage, there is a sidewalk that has shifted and sank over the years. He was concerned about how it could be lifted without causing damage to the foundation of the garage and home. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems, since in the past they had helped him with his bowing wall and leaking basement issues. Ken was offered the PolyLevel solution, which is similar to the application of mudjacking. Small 3/8^th inch holes are drilled into the concrete so PolyLevel can be injected. Once the solution is injected, the voids are filled and the PolyLevel expands to lift and level the concrete. The lightweight material also does not put extra stress against the foundations, making ideal for the sidewalk. Ken now has a leveled sidewalk in between his garage and home.

The NexusPro Joint Sealant was than applied to the cracks, giving a permanently seal from debris and water. Debris and water no longer threated the ground under the concrete thanks to PolyLevel and NexusPro.
